Rough winds, tough Kites, unfortunately one has to win. I was hired to develop a Website + Repair Portal to allow kitesurfers to send their kites for repair online, facilitated with an easy to understand custom made form. This form enables surfers to easily report occured damage and send their kite to the shop.
Throught the portal, kiterepair employees can process received repair requests and automatically notify clients upon status changes.
