A powerful web-based user interface that allows nutrition specialists to select subsets of nutrition intake data from the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) FoodEx2 database. These subsets where used to perform series of operations to generate and visualize new data, facilitating the creation of EFSA approved Novel Food Dossiers. I was in charge of the overall development of the project from design to implementation. This project required me to collaborate with Schuttelaar & Partners internal team of food/nutrition scientists and is now often used as an example of successful interdisciplinary collaboration within the company.
